Today the company group consists of the 1948 founded Federnfabrik Subtil GmbH, the Augsburger Federnfabrik GmbH and the Subtil Slovakia s.r.o.
Constant expansion and a better logistic for customer wishes in east european countries led to the foundation of Subtil Slovakia s.r.o. in 1992 in todays Slovak Republic.
To optimize our customers advantage even further, the Augsburger Federnfabrik GmbH was taken over in 1998. This company was founded in 1927 und disposes as well a long experience in the field of spring technology. The integration into our company group was an important step to bring our product range to perfect.
Today the company group produces on state-of-the-art machines and plants.
We are in the position to offer our customers a versatile capability from
one single source.
It is our intention to offer optimal technical and economical solutions. Only like this we will be able to master future challenges together with our customers.

For this we are supported by spring calculation software which was partly developed in-house. All our locations have really good equipped prototyping departments with experienced employees who are able to work out pratical application solutions for all product lines fast and precisely.
