MATERIALS
           

For producing our precision parts we exclusively chose materials that follow strict quality rules. Usually all common materials in nearly all dimensions are in stock. Powerful raw material suppliers enable us to react short-timed to nearly all your needs.

For the completion and assembly of components, all special parts (torsion parts, plastic parts etc.) can be integrated into our sourcing flow as well.

Materials:

  • steel spring wire in accordance with DIN17223/1 (EN 10270-1) Type A / Type B / Type C / Type D / Class II (1964) also with special surfaces (galvanized / Bezinal etc.)
  • oil-tempered spring and valve spring wires in accordance with DIN 17223/2 (EN 10270-2) unalloyed (FD/VD), alloyed (FDCrSi / VDCrSi / FDCrV / VDCrV) as well as in accordance with special specifications and several manufacturer standards.
  • stainless spring wires in accordance with DIN 17224 (EN 10270-3) and springs strips in accordance with DIN 17224 (EN 10151) W.-Nr. 1.4310 / 1.4401 / 1.4568 as well as W.-Nr. 1.4571
  • wires and strips out of refined steel, copper, aluminium, bronze and brass in all qualities
  • special materials, for example Duratherm, Hastelloy, Inconel, Nimonic, titanium etc.
  • electric resistance wires
  • or other, even customer supplied materials.



Already during the planning phase respectively in the inquiry stage of a product, we bring in our know-how and material knowledge to achieve an optimal balance between the quality and the costs of a product.

The priorities here are the individual wishes and requirements of our customers.

This is not the only reason why our products are of high quality.

It is not an accident but the result of consequent advance planning of quality.
